Gay Marriage Starts in Seattle

Conservatives such as Rick Warren and Rick Santorum would have you believe that gays and lesbians are a threat to marriage. Buzzfeed has emotional photos of gay and lesbian couples finally being able to marry. Some of these couples have been together for decades.

I look at these photos and see the joy on the faces of couples finally allowed to legally marry. I don't see the decline of America that fearmongers would have you believe. One of my favorite photos from the Buzzfeed article is of a marquee with the words "Love Wins."
