Kill Obama Facebook Page

Via GottaLaff: some brain dead human being had the horrible idea to start the Facebook page "Kill Barack Obama." The link GottaLaff provided no longer works. Most likely, Facebook has deleted the page. Which would be wise. Threats to the President's life is taken very seriously by the Secret Service.

I remember the Right hating Bill Clinton during his presidency. The anger towards Obama has reached another level because of cable news, social media and talk radio. A Black Berry and television set are not responsible for the actions of people. Media does have the ability to connect people that feel the same level of wingnuttery and can appeal to other highly impressionable people. The world has changed since the days Matt Drudge was the most feared new media provocateur.
