Florida Tuition Freeze

I give Charlie Crist credit for putting a freeze on college tuition fees. I just wonder how he is going to pay for his 3.5-percent increase in university funding.

A big loser is Bernard Machen. He proposed raising undergraduate student an extra $500 a semester.
