Shrill Lieberman

Joe Lieberman is sounding more and more like a Republican everyday.

“If we just pick up like Ned Lamont wants us to do, get out by a date certain, it will be taken as a tremendous victory by the same people who wanted to blow up these planes in this plot hatched in England,” Mr. Lieberman said at a campaign event at lunchtime in Waterbury, Conn. “It will strengthen them and they will strike again.”

That is such a silly statement. Terrorists didn't seem to hesitate to attack the United States, Kenya, Spain, and England while Lieberman was in office. People could make the assinine argument that these attack occurred because Lieberman was in the Senate. That certainly would fit the Karl Rove playbook. If one considers stating someone supports terrorism and is unpatriotic a good thing. I don't.
