Veterans Day

Hollywood gives us many portrayals of what an American hero should be -from John Wayne to Chris Evans. Not that I'm against a good action movie, but let's keep it in proper perspective. As we head into this Veteran's Day weekend, please take a moment to thank a REAL American hero, and remember that their service and sacrifices have given us the freedom and prosperity that we all cherish. Furthermore, as a USO volunteer who has traveled the globe, I can honestly report that America is in great hands and that our young warriors are the best in the world.
