Quote of the Day

"Palin has her faults, but she is a serious participant in the national dialogue on the key issues of our time. The New York Times and the Washington Post, in contrast, are frivolous rags with little or nothing of substance to offer."

John Hilderaker

Hilderaker wrote one of the most unintentionally hysterical posts of all-time. Hilderaker was upset that the American people wouldn't acknowledge that George W. Bush is a genius.

"It must be very strange to be President Bush. A man of extraordinary vision and brilliance approaching to genius, he can't get anyone to notice. He is like a great painter or musician who is ahead of his time, and who unveils one masterpiece after another to a reception that, when not bored, is hostile.

After being mocked for the post, Hinderaker took that paragraph out of the post. You can still find it on the internet. Hinderaker onced blogged under the online handle HindRocket. Hinderaker dropped the handle after people started calling him Ass Rocket.

I don't get mad at Hinderaker. It is hard to be mad at someone I'm laughing at.
