The McCain Campaign Continues To Sink

The John McCain campaign is in serious trouble. Look at how much the Maverick raised in the first quarter. Compare that to his GOP opponents.

Mitt Romney - $20 million

Rudolph Giuliani - $14 million

John McCain - $12.5 million

On the Democratic side, Hillary Clinton raised a staggering $26 million.

For what it's worth...

I've seen reports that say Romney's funds came from around 30,000 donors -- while McCain's came from over 60,000... if that is true, McCain could be the Howard Dean of this race.

Howard Dean of this race? Please Mr. Johnson. If McCain is the best you got, you guys are in trouble.

This is just a friendly reminderr that Howard Dean, uhm, lost. Like got his ass handed to him kind of lost. Which, I suppose, is another Alamo/Dean similarity -- but nobody ever discusses THAT side of the story.
