Bad News For Tampa Job Market

The current Manpower employment survey rates Tampa as second weakest job market in the country. Manpower says only 11 percent of businesses are hiring in the Tampa area. 10 percent of companies are planning to cutback on hiring. The brief WFLA article doesn't indicate if this includes layoffs. The nationwide average for businesses hiring is 22 percent. Tampa is at half that mark.
