Nirvana's Hysterical Top of the Pops Performance

People forget how funny Nirvana Nirvana were. The band were invited on Britain's Top of the Pops. TOTP had a weird rule rule of only allowing vocals live. Kurt Cobain had the idea for the bad to make it obvious that the band wasn't playing their instruments. To final touch was Cobain doing an over-dramatic Morrissey impression. The producers cut the performance short when the band started smashing their instuments but the music was still playing.
