Sadly, I actually believe Gohmert is dense enough to believe Sharia law is taking over the land. House Republicans were wondering what Gohmert was smoking when he nominated Newt Gingrich to be the Speaker of the 113th Congress. Never mind that Gingrich hasn't served in the House of Representatives since 1999.
