The Candie's Foundation couldn't find anyone better than the Situation and Bristol Palin to promote safe sex and/or abstinence? Really? Was bigger celebrities like Ron Jeremy and Jenna Jameson busy?

Anyone notice that Bristol Palin has backed off her previous position that abstinence doesn't work.
