Stimulus Money for Hillsborough County Homeless
Hillsborough County’s Affordable Housing Department will use $685,761 for housing the homeless. The stimulus money is from the Housing and Urban Development program Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program. AHD plans to use nonprofit organizations for the program. My question is AHD using nonprofits to provide services or set up housing? Does anyone know what AHD plans to use the nonprofits for?
