Worst GOP Nomination Prediction. Ever.

Mark Nov. 5, 2007 on your calendar. That is when Phoenix Woman predicted Mike Huckabee would won the Republican nomination. She is overestimating the waning influence of the Christian Right. There is Huckabee's funraising woes. The Huvkster raised only $1 million from July 1 to Sept. 30. Ron Paul raised $3.4 million today. No one seriously believes Paul will get the nomination.

Republicans never nominate a candidate that is a true Christian consefvative. The reason is mainstream voters will think the candidate is nuts. Huckabee contends we wouldn't need illegal immigrants if we made abortion illegal. Women will wonder why Huckabee wants their fetuses to be drywall installers and housekeepers.

"Why we importing so many people in our workforce?" "Huckabee said. "It might be because for the last 35 years we have aborted more than a million people who would have been in our workforce."

Stupidity like that can't be made up.

Republicans rather nominate candidates that never attend church. A car salesman pitch sells better than true sincerity to Republican voters.
