Rudy Giuliani first says that Joe Biden has no foreign policy experience. Never mind that Biden has been Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee. Giuliani then denies that he said Biden has no foreign policy experience. It is another example of how clueless Giuliani is and then not owning up to his mistake.
