Search & Destroy

This is the new Pushing Rope feature that ask readers to name a good and bad thing. Example:

Search: Randall Terry will not serve in the Florida Senate. Further prove that Republicans should stay away from an Alan Keyes endorsement.

Destroy: Ronda Storms won the Republican nomination for district 10.

Search: Bill Frist will soon be retiring from the Senate.

Destroy: Republicans will nominate someone worse to replace him.

Search: Brad Swanson's misleading attacks on Rose Ferlita.

Destroy: Kevin White and Joe Redner are the most sorry candidates for the Hillsborough County commission in recent memory. If the Florida Republican bloggers weren't busy defending George W. Bush and spent more time following local elections (Peer Review and State of Sunshine are the exceptions) they would have a load of material on these two rejects. Thank God Vilmar is Tampa's most-read conservative blogger.

Search: I have been listening to a live version of Hole's Reasons To Be Beautiful. I love the song.

Destroy: I actually admitted to liking a song written by Courtney Love.

Search: Both parties nominated the best candidate for Governor.

Destroy: Voting machines in Florida still suck.

Search: Tony Blair is getting some of that George W. Bush political collateral we've been hearing so much about.

Destroy: The British gave us Hugh Grant.

Search: Hockey season will soon be upon us.

Destroy: Jay Feaster must be smoking crack. There is no reason for him to pay Vincent Lecavalier Joe Thornton money. Thorton's an MVP. Lecavalier is a second-line center who has a history of not getting along with his coach and teammates.

Search: Jenny Lewis of Rilo Kiley is hot.

Destroy: Maybe it's me, but Jessica Simpson does nothing for me. Let's not even get into her lip-syncing sister with the nose job.

Now search and destroy in the comments.
