It appears that Ronda Storms will get the Republican nomination for the district 10 Florida State Senate seat.

I don't know if Hillsborough County ever had a politician who felt so morally superior to her constituents. Storms refuses to appear at public forums with other candidates. She has a horrible attendance record for commission meeting. Then Storms had the audacity to say she couldn't attend a candidates forum because she would be at a commission meeting.

There is also the matter of Storms' rude comments to people who appear before the commission. Her remark to rural Keystone residents is insulting.

"Y'all aren't getting little sheds out there, you know, with toothless people."

The votes are still being counting. Democrat Stephen Gorhan ran unopposed. He will face the winner.
