In more bizarre news: Pinellas Sheriff Jim Coats commissioned a study to find out how many teens were arrested after completing the county's boot camp program. Out of 740 teens who completed the program; 666 were arrested again. Coats is not ready to give up on boot camps. Apparently, the Sheriff does not think the number of the Devil is a bad sign.
