Scott's Laughable 'Criteria' For a Lt. Governor

Gov. Rick Scott was in West Palm Beach. Scott was asked by Post on Politics on when will He appoint a Lt. Governor. Good luck on getting Scott to commit to a time frame.

“We’re still working on the criteria and I’m working with Adam Hollingsworth, my chief of staff, on that. My biggest focus every day is to keep jobs going,” Scott said today when asked about the LG search.

It has been nearly 5 months since the scandal-plagued Jennifer Carroll left office. Judging by Scott's criteria for Carroll, he would be looking for a Lt. governor that constantly received negative publicity and schedule was often a blank slate. How hard can it be to find a Lt. governor who doesn't even want to be bothered with attending ribbon cutting ceremonies?
