Petition Against Anti-Choice Bills

Progress Florida has a petition against Florida Senate anti-choice abortion bills SB 1744 and 1770.

We need your help! Right now in Florida, anti-choice lawmakers are dangerously close to taking medicine out of the hands of the doctors and placing it firmly in the hands of the government by mandating an ultrasound be performed prior to an abortion (HB 1127/SB 1744); and making it harder for a teen to obtain a judicial bypass by lengthening the time a judge has to determine whether a minor is sufficiently mature, by close to three weeks (HB 1247/SB 1770).
