Backpacks of Hope

The Alex Sink campaign is sponsoring several charity events through "Women for Alex." One of the events is Backpacks of Hope. You don't have to be a woman to be involved. The Sink campaign is asking people to donate backpack to Metropolitan Ministries in downtown Tampa. The backpacks will go to needy homeless families. If you don't live in Tampa you can check the Sink campaign web site for other charity events in your area.

Donate to Backpacks of Hope. They are looking to build 5,000 backpacks before the August 21-22 event and need your help!
