Let's Talk About the Two-State Solution

Exactly who are these members of the White House press corps that condone Thomas's racist rant. Thomas's remarks are getting condemned from the Left and Right. No member of the White House press corps would even think about defending Thomas.

Thomas's and Palin's comments reduce the Israeli-Palistinian conflict to the Red Sox & Yankees baseball rivalry. The United States isn't suppose to have a side to root for. The Obama administration needs to make the Israelis and Palistinians realize a two-state solution is the only viable answer. Debating which ethnic group should stay or go is counter productive. The 1947 United Nations Partition Plan for Palistine would have created two-states. The plan was rejected by Palistine Arab Higher Committee.

The Israeli and Palistinian conflict has conplicated America's foreign policy and been politically polarizing domestically. I don't buy the neo-conservative arguement that defending Israel is inperative to the United States nation security. I do wish to see the years of bloodshed on both sides end.
