Parts of America have unemployment levels above 10 percent. 47 million Americans do not have health insurance. Wages have become stagnant. Giuliani's message is the poor are getting too much. Those people making $250,000-a-year are suffering. Republicans wonder why they have had credibility problems on economic matters.
