White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel called Limbaugh "the voice and the intellectual force and energy behind the Republican Party." Obama and Emanuel are propping up Limbaugh because they know Republicans are terrified of the speakers of their base. Right now Limbaugh has the biggest soap box.
