Charlie Crist Asks More More Time

Governor Charlie Crist is sent a letter to Seanate President Jeff Atwater and House Speaker Ray Sansom. Crist wishes to delay submitting his budget. The law requires the Governor to file a budget by February 20th.

Atwater and Sansom will most likely grant Crist's extension. Crist said is wasn't worried and delayed calling an emergency session. Crist is now saying he can't submit a budget in time. What gives?
