Fight the Sag

Sheree informs us that Florida Senator Gary Siplin has reintroduced his anti-drooping pants bill. HB 335 "prohibits student from exposing below-waist underwear in specified manner while on grounds of public school; provides penalties." Students would be suspended for wearing sagging pants. Blogger Jim Johnson added Siplin's previous version of the bill to his Top Ten Amusing Bills for the 2007 Session.

I will be grateful when Siplin is no longer in public office. He is ethically-challenged and an embarrassment to the Florida Senate.
