Anybody have an idea what these lyrics are supposed to be about? NPR attempts to piece it all together.

Joel, I now admit - I like the Hold Steady.

You could write an honest music review of the Johnny G. Lyon Band. I heard the tunes on their Myspace page. I won't say no more.

I will say your blog boss is addicted to writing about strip clubs.

Oh. One post in the last month or so. About an infamous public figure that happens to own some strip clubs. I got served.

I don't think I need to explain why I don't have to justify Tommy's blog or musical output or anything else. Same reason I won't ask Sine.Qua.Non or Zencomix to justify your pantyless Britney Spears post or anything else you do with your life.

Consider my involvement in the feud over. Let's get back to ambient.

Joel, feel free to ask my guest bloggers what they think about my Britney post. My bloggers know they don't have to agree with everything I post. I'm also capable at turning that critical eye on myself.
