C.W. Bill Young's Pork

Congressman C.W. Bill Young brought home $90 million in pork. That's not news. But looking through the list; I have to wonder what $1.2-million for drug research on inijured soldiers is all about. The money is earmarked as a USF research grant. Exactly what kind of drugs is the University of South Florida planning to test on soldiers? If anyone has any ideas - let me know. Spare me the jokes about Captain America and the super soldier serum.
