Maria McKee is an amazing singer live. It's interesting when she cuts loose and goes all speaking in tongues. She's very emotionally vulnerable. She doesn't seem to worry if she comes off as over the top.

Maria was a rare, blazing, blissful, intensity back then. She was maybe 23/24 years old. She was one of those people, the first time you saw her, you knew. So fantastic to see and feel her performances again from that time (1986/87)..in those days, she would crowd surf, yodel, jump and prance like you thought you would never see. Bless you Maria!
