Roach Motel

Tampa Bay's 10 has a news report on the conditions of the Budget motel 0n 40th Street and E. Columbus. Resident Jason Elliot brought 16 frozen rodents to a Tampa City Council meeting to illustrate how bad living conditions are. Mission accomplished. Code enforcement found several violations at the motel. Elliot was evicted later that day.
