Dr. Phil's idiotic tweet has been deleted. The fact that Dr. Phil even had to ask if it is alright for a man to have sex with an intoxicated woman without her consent only proves what a fraud he is. Unfortunately, the media and many Americans actually think Dr. Phil is a real therapist.
