Kathy Castor Endorses Darden Rice

St. Petersburg City Council candidate Darden Rice announced the Rep. Kathy Castor has endorsed her candidacy.

U.S. Rep. Kathy Castor: "I strongly endorse Darden Rice for the St. Petersburg City Council. Darden Rice is an outspoken advocate for jobs, small businesses and a healthy and clean environment.
