Michele Bachmann, on the Obama administration wanting the Supreme Court to rule on the health care bill.

Bachmann swears up and down that she loves the Constitution. If she actually bothered to read it she would know that we elect representative government to Congress to write laws. The Supreme Court rules on the constitutional merits of laws in dispute. Short answer: the Supreme Court is exactly who decides laws. I'm guessing this wasn't in the School House Rock episode Bachmann had to watch to get her law degree from O.W. Coburn School of Law.
