David West and David Chestnut live in Parrish. The couple bought a home in Parrish, Florida. They told the Sarasota Herald-Tribune they saw a ghost wearing a "50s-era fedora" outside the window. They also saw another apparition they believe to be a dog or cat. I cannot think of anything scarier than a house haunted by Don Draper and Garfield the Cat.

A tip for Florida homebuyers: your realtor doesn't have to tell you about previous criminal activity in the house you plan on buying. So don't be surprised if you find some body parts mementos the previous serial-killing resident left behind.
