This is Marcus Bachmann, the husband of Michele Bachmann. Either Mr. Bachmann goes around performing a Zach Galifianakis 24/7 or he naturally comes off as gayish. Not that there is anything wrong with that. I would never suggest a staunch social conservative, such as Michele Bachmann, would marry a gay man. Absolutely not.
