David Plouffe explains the GOTV strategy Organizing For America and the Democratic Party. Plouffe was the campaign manager for Barack Obama's presidential campaign. The strategy Plouffe outlines sound very simular to Karl Rove using computer models to break down districts and target voters. Plouffe is smart enough to steal something that worked well for the Bush campaigns.

What should be scary for Democrats is Plouffe is not predicting victory. Plouffe tells the viewer he doesn't know what will happen on election day. Plouffe's internal polling numbers must be really bad.
