Tina Dupuy mocks the stupidity of Dr. Laura Schlessinger portraying herself as being stripped of her First Amendment rights. Schlessinger told Larry King, "I want to regain my First Amendment rights."
"I was trying to make a point to help her," Schlessinger told King. "About what I felt was her... hypersensitivity."
If by help Schlessinger means mocking a black female caller who was who was seeking help in dealing with racist remarks from her husbands friends. That isn't help.
SCHLESSINGER: Dear, they voted him in. Only 12 percent of the population's black. Whites voted him in.
CALLER: It was the younger generation that did it. It wasn't the older white people who did it.
SCHLESSINGER: Oh, OK.
CALLER: It was the younger generation --
SCHLESSINGER: All right. All right.
CALLER: -- that did it.
SCHLESSINGER: Chip on your shoulder. I can't do much about that.
CALLER: It's not like that.
SCHLESSINGER: Yeah. I think you have too much sensitivity --
CALLER: So it's OK to say "nigger"?
SCHLESSINGER: -- and not enough sense of humor.
Schlessinger feels her caller has too much sensitivity. Schlessinger would not be off of the radio if she showed some sensitivity. Schlessinger and other conservatives are complaining about racism against whites. News flash to conservatives: your lives will not end if you are unable to use the N word. True racism is getting shit beat out you if you try to eat in a restaurant you are barred from because of the color of your skin. Getting paid extremely well to spout a conservative viewpoint does not equal being a victim of racism. This might come as a shock to Dr. Laura and Glenn Beck. To paraphrase Tina Dupuy, Schlessinger and Beck can shut up and go back to counting their money.
