Newt Gingrich, whom either believes people aren't entitled to legal representation or justs wants to take a political cheap shot. This is the same Gingrich whom attacks Democrats for not making waterboarding illegal. Someone needs to remind Gingrich waterboarding is illegal. Gingrich didn't even cite any attorneys in the Obama administration. He cites law firms. Watch the Crooks and Liars clip. Guilt by association is the best Gingrich can do.
