I know it was in the soundtrack to a movie called Love and a .45 from about 1994.
It was recorded in Nashville during The Amps-Pacer sessions.
I believe it was actually recorded at Cro-Magnon studio in Dayton, OH, 1994(95?), with Kelley Deal and several members of Guided by Voices playing.
