Hat tip to Digby. I have been hearing talk about the McCain campaign working from the Hillary Clinton playbook. This must be the page declaring yourself the winner before you won. The McCain people should keep in mind how well that worked for Hillary. The funniest thing is the image comes from a year old ad. Apparently, he knew then that he would become president.
