Bush Hears Nothing
Nothing gets by our sharp Commander in Chief.
QUESTION: What’s your advice to the average American who is hurting now — facing the prospect of $4 a gallon gasoline, a lot of people facing –
BUSH: Wait a minute. What did you just say? You’re predicting $4 a gallon gas?
QUESTION: A number of analysts are predicting $4 a gallon gasoline this spring when they reformulate.
BUSH: That’s interesting. I hadn’t heard that.
Besides Bush's need to go into the family business, I could never figure out why he wanted to be President. He has been disengaged from his duties. Former Sec. of Treasury Paul O'Neill described Bush as "a blind man in a room full of deaf people.." This is to be expected from a President that said, "[It's] time for the human race to enter the solar system."
