Crowd chants "Mac is back." I thought they were requesting AC/DC's Back In Black.
9:10: The Rocky theme is being played.
9:11: McCain is walking around looking like he can't find the stage.
9:12: McCain thanks Cindy, his children and his campaign staff.
McCain said he is too old to call himself the comeback kid.
"We showed them what a comeback is."
9:13: McCain is telling the people what a straight talker he is. I guess he was serious about how it's safe for Americans to go on strolls in Baghdad, Iraq.
9:15: McCain says New Hampshire doesn't send pols to serve their interests, but the New Hampshire people's interest.
9:17: McCain say he went to Washington to serve his country. He is hitting the right notes in his message.
Crowd chants, "John McCain!"
9:18: McCain wants to restore Americans' trust in the Republican party and implement fiscal discipline. The GOP has lost the mantel of fiscal responsibility a long time ago.
9:20: McCain calls fighting terrorism a historical task. I knew the inner-neoconservative would come out.
9:21: McCain thanks the campaign suporters of candidates in both parties. Nice touch on his part.
9:22: "Mac is back" cheers start again.
McCain swears that he would not allow his campaign to hurt national interest in order to win the nomination.Sounds like a shot at Bush.
9:25: McCain is reading from a script. The nominee sdhould hire the speechwriter when McCain concedes.
