Update: Marco Rubio responds. Allen's explanation.

House Speaker Marco Rubio just released a statement on the Rep. Bob Allen situation, saying the release of Allen's post-arrest statement "injects a new and very disturbing element to an already troubling incident. The Florida House of Representatives will continue to gather all pertinent information. We will reserve action on this matter until all the facts are made available to us.”

Rubio is vague about what he found "disturbing."
