Shelly Brantley of Agency for Persons with Disabilities refused to pay $360 for thermal blankets for Kevin Estinfil. She did have for agency spend thousands of dollars litigating the case in court.

Little Kevin cannot regulate his body temperature. He also suffers from blindless, cerebral palsy, mental retardation and seizures. Charlie Crist read about Kevin's plight and personally paid for the blankets. By no coincidence, Brantley decided to resign. The official story is that Brantley was planning to resign to whole time. Color me skeptical on the timing.
