Jeb Bush Rumor

Here is the latest Jeb Bush rumor.

According to the report, after the new Florida governor Charlie Crist is sworn in, Mel Martinez will resign his Senate seat to serve full-time as RNC chairman, and the new Governor will appoint Jeb Bush in Martinez's place in the Senate.

I don't believe Jeb has any interest in the Senate. I he did he would have ran this year.

Update: Laura Fiorilli isn't buying the rumor. Jim Johnson is pushing for the McCain-Bush ticket for 2008. I would love to see that ticket go down in flames. Both of them would defend the Iraq war to death.
