Ann Coulter Fought the Law

Ann Coulter refuses to cooperate with Palm Beach County election Elections Supervisor Arthur Anderson. Coulter voted in the wrong district. She filed false information to not let stalkers know where she lived. That's understandable. If she would just admit this then the whole mess would have been cleared up a long time ago. Instead ...

Anderson, a Democrat, said a letter was sent to Coulter on March 27 requesting that she clarify her address for the voting records "or face the possibility of her voter registration being rescinded." Three more letters were sent to Coulter and her attorney, but she has yet to respond with the information requested, Anderson said.

Coulter was informed by Precinct Advisor James Whited that she was in the wrong precinct.

The elections office tried to contact her again last week with another missive. No response. Now, the voting-eligibility watchdogs are losing patience.

"We may start the administrative procedure to remove Ms. Coulter from the voter rolls this week," said Charmaine Kelly, deputy elections chief. "There will be a public hearing to cancel her registration. If that happens, she won't be able to vote until she re-registers. It's a rather rare procedure."

Coulter was faced with owning up to mistake or being in complete denial. Knowing her pathological resentment to honesty, it's easy to see why she chose the latter. Coulter will now be investigated by State Attorney Barry Krischer.
