The Word

I made fun of Belinda Noah awhile ago. Her platform was so wingnuttery that she made Katherine Harris look competent. She attempted to run in the Republican primary. The party didn't back her. She is a cross between Alan Keyes and Katherine Harris.

Now I find out that Noah is attempting to run as a write in candidate. Her email to St. Petersburg Times is hysterical.

"The website of U. S. Senate candidate Dr. Belinda Noah was criminally hacked on October 17, 2006. This is the second time Dr. Noah's website has been hacked and replaced with threatening messages. Apparently the word is out that Dr. Noah will win the election, so criminal methods are now being used to undermine her campaign."

Noah's most recent blog post was titled "We Are Moving Closer To Victory!"

Thanks to everyone's support, we are moving closer to victory! The word is out that Belinda Noah is the only U. S. Senate candidate from Florida who will look out for the best interest of all Floridians.

That funny. I haven't heard this word and I maybe the only Florida blogger who bothered to write about Noah. "The word" people are searching for when they hear about Noah's candidacy is "who?"
