Leaving the Sinking Gallagher Ship

Political strategist David Johnson and finance director David Browning have officially resigned from the Tom Gallagher campaign. Johnson's letter sounds like a kiss-off.

"As we have differences regarding the path and strategy of your campaign, it has become clear that the only remedy is for me to tender my resignation as a consultant to your campaign effective immediately."

Gallagher was at the Republican Policy shindig. Gallagher says he is going to renew efforts to prove he's more conservative than Charlie Crist. That didn't work back in April. It certainly isn't going to work now. That conservative sword has already fell hard on Tom.
