Mr. Hitchens never contacted me about this piece. He never sought clarification of anything. He never asked permission to quote my private mail. Major journalists have a privileged position.
That is a major journalism no no. Hitchens isn't a blogger writing on his spare time. He get paid very well to be a journalist. He should try picking up the phone once in a while and interviewing once in awhile.
